Potential Stage 4 COVID-19 Restrictions and Burnt Butter

As promised we wanted to touch base about the possibility of stage 4 COVID-19 restrictions here in Melbourne. Just like everyone else we are unsure which restrictions will be tightened in stage 4 & until we reach this point we won’t receive instruction.  We imagine that food delivery will continue (& if so we will remain open) but there is always a possibility it may not. Such a fun game we are all playing isn’t it?!

So what does that mean for you?

Each time a stage is announced from here on, we will review and announce if we are able to remain operational.

If you already have an order and we are able to remain open, then happy days! We imagine we may need to change the way we get the order to you, but we can work that out then if required!

Should you already have an order with us and stage 4 restrictions are announced and we are unable to remain open we will be in touch with each of our orders ASAP either via phone or email. At this stage, should this occur & enough notice is provided, we plan to offer you the opportunity to collect your cake, balloon or party order prior to lock down once your order is prepared. There of course will be an opportunity to postpone. In regards to refund requests we will discuss these individually. (Please note we may not be able to process these on the spot). We will also do our best to accommodate order changes but please remember we are finding these periods prior to the lock down of the next stage quite intense & we need to ensure we have enough time to dispatch as many pre booked client orders as possible.

If you don’t have an Iso Menu order with us and time allows, we will announce that we will extend our same day service until later that particular day & you will be able to panic cake & party buy! (Ha!)

Just a little reminder also that we are only taking bookings 2 weeks in advance whilst within Stage 3.

We hope the above assists you with your planning and please let us know should you have any questions! Further updates will be placed here on our blog should Stage 4 be announced.
