A tall Black Forest Cake that will have all the cherry lovers drooling! Your cake will include 5 layers  of chocolate mud cake doused in cherry liqueur and filled with layers of cherry liquor gel, morello cherries and whipped chocolate ganache. The cake will then be iced in a semi naked style with white chocolate buttercream and finished with a chocolate drip, cherries, chocolate curls, cherry liquor gel and chocolate shavings. (Please note maraschino cherries will be used to decorate when fresh cherries are not available or in season.)
