/We have been receiving a number of questions in regards to lockdown 4 and thought we would place the answers here for those planning to order with us in the coming week.
Q. Are you still open?
A: Absolutely! We have always planned to be here when you need us most. And will do so as long as we are permitted during lockdowns. We want to ensure every momentous occasion in lockdown can be celebrated! It’s so important to look after our mental health through this pandemic and we believe our one stop party shop can positively impact many.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: During lockdown we love an online order but are also here to help over the phone. We just ask that you have our website in front of you so we can discuss products and product names for quick efficient service.
Q: Do you offer Click & Collect?
A: We sure do, along with local delivery.
Q: Are you still making cakes?•
A: You bet we are, right here in our kitchen in Richmond! Our Short Order menu is open and ready to help you celebrate and gift in style. Purchase online via our website and select pick up or local delivery as you check out. Same day Short Orders are subject to availability and required by 10am.
Q: Can I order same day cakes?
A: Yes you can! Orders can be placed by 10am. Following this, please call to check our cake cabinet availability.
Q: When do you deliver?
A: We tend to deliver in the afternoon between 13.30-17.30 at the moment.
Q: Have your hours changed?
A:Our hours have remained as normal! Mon-Fri 9.30-5 and Sat 9-2.
Q: Can I come to purchase from the party shop?
A: Whilst we are not open for browsing at this point in time (6th June 2021), we have a fabulous website with lots of information and all of our party products with detailed descriptions and sizing. From decorations, to cake toppers, candles, table ware, balloons, cakes and cupcakes you will find everything you need all in the one spot.
Q: Can I come to collect a balloon or party ware order as soon as I place it online.
A: You are welcome to give us a call once you place your order if you would like to urgently collect. We will do our best but do recommend placing to order a couple of hours in advance
