We offer a 4 day hire period to avoid rushing around on the day of your event. Collection of stands is from our store in Richmond. Please note not all stands are kept on site. Should you wish to view a particular stand please contact us in advance. We strongly advise booking early to ensure your preferred items are available. Please note stands must be pre booked.
Please note at this point in time we operate our hire system manually. To book one of the below hire items please follow the below instructions:
1. To check the availability of particular stands please email us via the contact us page with links to your hire items
2. We will then reply advising if the items are available. (Items will be placed on hold for 48hr for you if available.)
3. Purchase the hire. Please select collection in store upon check out.
4. We will then be in touch to confirm we have received your order and advise the cash security/bond deposit amount required upon pick up.
Important Info
Collection and return occurs from our store at 197 Swan St Richmond during opening hours.
Weekend pick ups can be collected on Friday or Saturday with a return on Monday by 5pm.
Weekday pick ups can be collected Tuesday or Wednesday with a return 3 days later by 5pm. If hoping to collect on a Monday this may be possible if the item wasn’t hired the week prior. If hoping to collect on a Thursday, please touch base to check availability.
Should you wish to collect prior to Friday a $5 fee per item per day will be applicable. Please note this option must be requested prior.
A late fee of $5 per item per day will be charged should items not be returned on time.
All stands are supplied clean, ready for use in boxes for easy transport.
Please do not submerge items in water, only wipe with a moist cloth to clean.
Security payments are fully redeemable once items and their packaging have been returned in the condition they were hired.
Most items attract a $50 security payment which must be left when items are hired. Dependent on how many items you hire this amount may be more. Once booked we will advised you of the total security payment required. If only hiring one stand you may add this to your order online by selecting the product towards the the end of the page named Hire Security Payment.
