Each kit contains 1 confetti filled balloon, a straw, string, ribbon, feather, tassel and instructions with how to assemble. We recommend inflating the balloon slowly with a hand balloon pump. Once inflated, rub the balloon with your hand to create the static electricity then roll the confetti around inside the balloon for to assist the confetti to stick to the outside of the balloon.
